Owl Eyes is a community driven app that notifies you when your car is in danger of getting a ticket.

The set up is super easy. Just register your basic info (email, cell and license plate #).
When someone sees your car parked in an expired meter or a street cleaning side, they will enter your license plate #. You will then get notified by email, phone or both...depending on which alert type/s you chose.
